Yuhuan High-rate Part Manufacturing Factory was established 1985, in Yuhuan, Zhejiang, China. During the 24 years since, we have invested 11 million USD in developing an expansive factory with highly trained personnel, so that we can offer the highest quality products to clients all over the world. Our assets now total 20 million USD, our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters, and we have a staff of over 500 people. In 2008, our annual production of bolts and nuts reached 10,000 tons, and we also produced 1,500,000 units of torsion bars.

Since China became a member of WTO, our company has been dedicated to becoming an auto parts manufacturer for global customers. Therefore, we took the following steps:
1. In 2001, we established the Taizhou Chengxin Company.
2. In 2003, we invested 8 million USD and set up a branch which specializes in manufacturing engine fittings in Hangzhou, China. In the same year, we also established our Bolt Company, which is devoted to precise process for our foreign customers.
3. In 2004, we established Shanghai Yunming Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which has been engaged in researching and batch production of auto fittings since 2007.
4. These branches have culminated in the formation of High-rate Group in March, 2009.

Products and Applications
As an auto parts manufacturer, our major products include ARP rod bolts, connecting rod bolts, high strength bolts, flange bolts (wheel bolts), machine nuts, pipe connection fittings, engine connection rods, torsion bars, push bars, diesel engine speed governors, oil suction pipe parts for engines, and other assemblies. These auto parts are used in the production of heavy, medium and lightweight trucks, cars, automobile chassis, engines, and more.

Our company gives much attention to quality, which we believe to be the key to our success. We have imported a comprehensive range of facilities, which include 300 units of CNC devices, for producing bolts and nuts. With a thorough inspection system and 24 years of experience, we can produce auto parts with assured quality.

Our Trained Staff
Yuhuan high-rate parts manufacturing factory has a staff of 600 people, which includes a technical team and also experienced engineers. In addition, our design team works to improve the quality of our products using CAD, DOE, CAM and other tools.

In 2000, our company was awarded the ISO9002 certificate.
In 2004, and 2007, we were ISO/TS16949 certified.
